All reservations must be made over the phone or online with full credit card payments. .

PLEASE NOTE – Family Camping Only. Loud parties will be evicted immediately. Quiet Time: 11pm – radios must be OFF. We do not allow the use of golf carts in the park.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to transient tent and RV campsites and Knights Beach rental trailers. Payment in full is required when you book. The reservation fee is nonrefundable if you cancel.

Transient tent and RV campsites

If Knights Beach Resort receives your cancellation 14 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your camping charges less a $25 cancellation fee. We will also retain the reservation fee.

If we receive your cancellation fewer than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Knights Beach rental trailers

If Knights Beach Resort receives your cancellation 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund your rental charges less a $25 cancellation fee. We will also retain the reservation fee.

If we receive your cancellation fewer than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued. The full rental price becomes nonrefundable 30 days before arrival.

Changes, no-shows and early departures

A request to shorten a stay or move it to different dates is subject to the cancellation terms above for the nights being removed. New dates and accommodation are subject to availability and any difference in price.

No refunds are issued for no-shows, early departures or inclement weather. If Knights Beach Resort cancels a reservation because it cannot provide the booked campsite or rental trailer, we will refund the affected charges and reservation fee.

How to cancel

Call 905-774-4566 or email info@knightsbeach.com. Your cancellation takes effect when Knights Beach Resort receives your request. The cancellation deadline is measured from the scheduled arrival date shown on your booking confirmation.

Check in is 1 pm , checkout is 11 am on all Sites. 

We are a pet friendly park, however, we do have the right to be breed specific when making a decision to allow a dog into the park. Please check with our reservation team for more information. All dogs must be kept on a leash, picked up after, Dogs are NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEACH. We have a dog swimming area near the boat launch for their enjoyment. Please try to minimize your dogs barking for the enjoyment of others.

All children must be at their campsite at 10 pm.

All music must be OFF at 11 pm.

Parents are responsible for their children at all times.  All parents and children and customers use all Knight’s Beach Resort facilities at their own risk from the playground to swimming.

Please let your visitors know that there is a per person visiting fee. Many visitors are not campers themselves and would not anticipate this. Explain that this fee gives your visitor full use of all facilities while here in the park. Visitors check in at the front gate.

*Rates are based on 2 adults, 2 children and one car.

Reservation Fee $10.00

Additional Adult $25.00 per night.

Additional Youth 3-13 $15.00 per night.

(children 3 and under are free) 

Overnight guest seasonal or visitors: $25.00 per adult $15.00 per youth 3-13.

While you are visiting Knight’s Beach Resort, you are responsible for abiding by all resort rules and regulations. Noncompliance may result in your eviction from the park. Should this happen, no refunds will be issued.

Under no circumstances will Knight’s Beach Resort be liable for any loss or damage to any of our guest’s personal property, including but not limited to vehicles, jewelry, personnel effects or any other valuables.

Please keep your car tag visible at all times for security.
