The renter acknowledges that the trailer is being provided in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear. The renter is fully responsible for any loss, damage or excessive wear that occurs to the trailer during the rental period, regardless of cause, including damage resulting from improper use, negligence or accidents.

The renter agrees to pay for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged or missing parts, as well as any associated labour, towing or other related expenses resulting from such damage.

No pets are permitted in our rental trailers.
