Damage Responsibility

The renter acknowledges that the trailer is being provided in good condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear. The renter is fully responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive wear that occurs to the trailer during the rental period, regardless of cause, including damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or accidents.

The renter agrees to pay for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged or missing parts, as well as any associated labor, towing, or other related expenses resulting from such damage.
